Being a follower (disciple) of Jesus Christ is a life long journey. The journey beings when we are baptized and become a child of God. During our lifetimes Jesus calls and empowers us to lead lives of love to both God and neighbor. We strive to do this by receiving Jesus in worship through Word and Sacrament, and then we are sent into the world to glorify God in our words and our deeds.
